THE BATHO PELE CONNECTION
In 2000 we were invited to produce two videos for the KZN Premier's Office for their Good Governance Awards based on the principles of Batho Pele, "People First." In 2001 we again produced the video for KZN, and in 2002 for Gauteng - Service Excellence Awards, the Mpumalanga - Service Excellence Awards, and the KZN Good Governance Awards. In 2003 we were privileged to produce for the Northern Cape, the North West Province and Mpumalanga. The following year we made the video again in Mpumalanga and Northern Cape. In 2005 we were invited to the Western Cape to produce the video for their inaugural Batho Pele Awards, and we also went back to Mpumalanga and to our home province, KZN.
In all, we have filmed almost 170 Service Excellence finalists on 15 Service Excellence Awards in 6 provinces. Each project included research, interviewing of finalists during the shoots, taking still photographs, scripting, shooting, editing and packaging the video for showing on the night of the Awards.
We also write the Best Practice Book and the script for the Programme Director on the Awards evening, shoot the Awards Ceremony, and edit it together with the video shown on the evening for distribution. We can then supply multiple copies on CD, DVD or VHS tape, in labelled and titled boxes.
Our Batho Pele Experience
We have made friends with all our finalists, since we spend a day with each one. However short the time may be, we have never missed a deadline.
We approach our work with passion and give best value for money. We are open and transparent, are always accessible to both clients and finalists, and available for consultation. We have high service standards which has resulted in excellent customer impact, and we are always courteous!!
Since we use the same team for each project, we all have lots of experience, and we doubt if any other video production company can match our expertise.
